I bought this Tress (top or dress) as i call it in Penneys in Omni Park Santry at just €15.00 (bargain) isnt it fab.I would wear it as top with skinny jeans or leggings with heels. Its could be worn out on a Saturday night or you could wear with a little cardy and ballet pumps maybe for a bar-b-que, or lunch with the girls. You have the option to have the necklace on or off which is brilliant.
