AH! MEMORIES

While attending the MakeupFablicious Event on Saturday we were kindly given a two hour lunch break.  As i have been living over 30 miles away from the city for the past 10 years, i very rarely get the see the BIG SMOKE. Now some would say ah god you're not that far but it ain't just a jump on the bus either.

So I decided to head to Grafton Street to have a little mosey and see what i have been missing.  Grafton Street lives up to its name there is just something about it, to be honest i felt like a tourist, i even took the camera out as you can see.

For me Brewleys and Bruxelles ARE Grafton Street.  Bruxelles is my all time favourite pub, anytime, any day you are guaranteed a good time and laugh.  Its was my first official public house to visit with just my friends.  We thought we were cool, not a screed of makeup just a touch of blue eyeliner, standing at our spot by the jukebox downstairs. As we got older we progressed to the upstairs, so needless to say i headed in there on Saturday afternoon had a bite to eat and read my weekly fashion mag OH SUCH BLISS.

Ah Brewleys a beautiful building to start, the best breakfast ever - especially after a hard night of partying in Major Toms.  When i think about it now sometimes it could be 2am and we would all be sitting down have having sausages, rashers, pudding. the works and a big pot of tea lol.... THEM WERE THE DAYS
